Strengthening our investment leadership: appointment of Heath Crampton

McConaghy Properties is pleased to welcome Heath Crampton to our team as General Manager – Capital Transactions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the retail property sector, Heath brings a depth of expertise gained through senior leadership roles at Colliers International, Lendlease, and JLL. His career includes extensive work as a valuer and advisor to many of Australia’s leading institutions and syndicators, including Dexus, GPT Group, Lendlease, HMC Capital, Vicinity, Charter Hall, Haben, and JY Group.

Heath’s combined technical valuation capability and commercial insight, developed through significant experience in capital transactions and investment sales, positions him strongly to support our continued growth. In his role, Heath will be responsible for identifying and evaluating retail shopping centre transactions for McConaghy Properties and our Capital Partners.
