The Ridge is a convenience-based supermarket centre which is anchored by a strong performing Woolworths. Delivering accessible everyday needs, The Ridge has 20 specialty stores and an underground carpark.

The management team conducted a market share and trade area analysis to identify new customer growth opportunities. This data then formed the basis of the retail leasing strategy.

The management team delivered a comprehensive centre retail leasing and repositioning strategy which has underpinned the high occupancy level at the centre. This in turn has driven income growth and subsequent capital growth.

Upon fund inception, the centre was 90% occupied. The centre now operates at 99% occupancy with strong annual base rental growth being achieved.
