Lismore Square reaches 100% occupancy with opening of Motto Motto

This is the first time the centre has been at 100% occupancy since the devastating Northern Rivers flood in 2022, which destroyed homes and crippled local businesses, including Lismore Square. After an entire centre redevelopment post-flood, the final vacant tenancy in our food precinct has been secured with the opening of Motto Motto Group, bringing their fresh, modern approach to Japanese dining to the community.

Achieving 100% occupancy reflects our continued commitment to delivering high performing retail destinations and supporting the growth and resilience of our tenants and regional communities. This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication of our team and the strong partnerships we’ve built across the sector.
