McConaghy Properties welcomes Chris Carrigan to lead investment strategy

We’d like to welcome Chris Carrigan to McConaghy Properties as our new General Manager – Investments.

Throughout a 20-year career, Chris has developed strong capabilities in real estate investment, asset management, development, leasing, and acquisitions in Australia and overseas. He has held senior management positions in large institutional and corporate real estate investors, including QIC, Quanta, and Mulpha, directly managing portfolios in excess of $2.5 billion. Chris has been a strong driver of growth in these portfolios through active asset management, development projects, and acquisitions.
 
Chris will focus on sourcing retail investment opportunities that provide investors with superior risk adjusted returns, reliable cashflows and long-term capital growth.
